As an avid fisherman and forager, I have a deep appreciation for wild foods. Highly prized for their complex flavors, they also bring a part of our region's breathtaking natural beauty to the plate and many of them are packed with vitamins and nutrients as compared to their domesticated counterparts. Studying, harvesting, cooking, and distributing these foods is my passion.
